And when I go to Mérida…

And when I go to Mérida… The house where I was born and rais’d will change forever. Those rooms that have witnessed more stories than any scribe could have written in a lifetime. Those curs’d walls that have thankfully become blind, deaf, and mute, ‘cause who knows what they would say. The insideness of this home will become outsideness of my new world. I shall face true loneliness in the jungle next to the sea. Let the salty water, primordial semen of the earth that feeds the mangroves and the crabs cover me. Let me become blue in the void of the ocean. An eternal chasm made of the same matter! The same atoms! As you and me. Let the mushrooms rot my brain and teach me a world beyond my simple I. Let all the green leaves covered in insect eggs crush me under tonnes of decaying matter in which each tree grows and feasts. The moon will rise over the sea before the sun hits and makes god a greenhouse of infinite complexity. A will-less greenhouse of every mac...

Lonely souls!

Lonely souls! Everyone just goes around doing stuff — despite knowing they are going to die. Because they know they can never do anything but occupy their restless minds. This is the reason love is so urgent, even to mishappen souls such as mine. ‘Cause without love and eros, souls flatten into a single dimensional line. Lonely souls merge with the background out of focus tones of black and grey intertwined.

Saying things I didn’t want to say

Saying things I didn’t want to say   Prisoner of language Prisoner of ambiguity feel like I’ve said nothing all monologues hitherto my death are but a paper fang unable to breach you or them or it for that matter every time I open my mouth regret of category or choice of prose appears The paranoia of misinterpretation Crystalizes the spine Widens my eyes What will your hermeneutic be? Will you fade away from me? Language cannot pick the lock of the chasm of your mind

In a single moment trillions of screams will echo away

In a single moment trillions of screams will echo away They will be lower and lower until there is no one left to hear them I find comfort in the fading candlelight Since in the end it will all go away Washed away into blissful void   All the unfulfilled desires, the regrets of words untold the rejections, and the secrets the bitter love stories, and the nice ones too All the last words, and the first words All the screams, and the wounds All the religions, all the books All the blood, the enslavement of flesh All the discoveries, the fun times had Will fade away Into sublime nothingness   The last view will be seen The last thought will be had The last kiss will have been planted The last loved one will die The last drink will be drunk     And then the great work will be complete Then our mother nothingness will heal our bruises Of her child, the crease of being   All the losers and the idiots All...

thorns of speech

As I see myself in your eyes, the rain falls over my heart. A monsoon of numb pain and fear in myself takes root. But love, a rose with the most wonderful aroma of floral petals.  Germinates and emerges from the heart itself. The rose seeks the light that is you. But to manifest it must by the word become realized.  It emerges from my heart to my stomach and to my throat. But it is to late, its thorns have shredded my traquea. I cannot bring my torn mouth to speech. I choke on the words I never said.

I loathe my fear

I loathe my fear Why can’t this person — me or I — Be brave and free of cowardice Innocent and beautiful? With stars in my eyes and the milky way in my heart. I am longing for this, longing for this to be for you. I will admit to my arrogance, I do not know what you want. Within the realm of my imagination, I suppose no one knows. But this supposition must stay in the cupula of the imaginary. What I do know is that by spending my seconds in you presence.  A radical shattering of the edifice of my being itself sprouts violently from my heart. I feel like I’m a trillion billions miles away. In the darkest corner of the darkest pit in the cosmos.
